Your order may require additional postage above the rates listed. Such orders would be for came, kilns and glass sheets. These are for domestic rates only.
(Domestic is for the lower 48 states only). With NAFTA we are allowed to mark some items as "gifts" if they are manufactured in North America.
*Please note* If you order sheet glass and pay with Paypal you will be billed for the boxing charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship to most countries except Nigeria, Mexico, South America. We do accept Visa/Mastercard for international customers and it processed through Paypal for verification. Currency conversion is done based on the exchange rate of the day the order was received. Paypal will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments. We charge $5 for currency conversion and a handling charge. Shipping quotes are calculated by destination and weight. Certain restrictions apply such as chemicals, flammable liquids and solvents are only shippable to the lower 48 states.
Customs fees/duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Generally all orders received before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours.
What is your return policy?
Satisfaction Guaranteed on your order. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we'll do our best to meet your needs efficiently. Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after receipt for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. There is no returns on solder, came, pattern books, chemicals and saws. Product must be in its original condition. After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Yes, we use the latest 128-bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) technology to ensure your purchase is secure. Information is encrypted during transmission. The padlock icon appears on the page the credit card information is entered along with the "S" in the web address.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected if you live in the State of Michigan. If you live in a state that is participating in the streamlined sales tax the customer is responsible for any taxes that may occur.
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information is used expressively for processing your order and never given to any third party for any reason, EVER. Your information is taken off our server once the order has been received.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on weight and destination. Our shopping cart only figures an estimated charge. Most orders 5 pounds and less go through Priority Mail, the rest would go UPS ground. USPS and UPS are used for domestic orders, USPS for international. We will adjust shipping costs on items such as came, boxing charges, kilns, etc. We are trying very hard to keep our prices low for you, our customers. Please note: UPS has raised their prices.
